The world premiere for the most anticipated cinema event of the year — THE HOBBIT: THE BATTLE OF THE FIVE ARMIES, the epic conclusion to Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit Trilogy — will make its worldwide debut in London on December 1st, 2014.
The Oscar-winning filmmaker, along with members of his cast and filmmaking team, will greet fans and the world’s media on the red carpet in London’s iconic Leicester Square in the first of many global events to celebrate the end of the 13-year cinematic journey to Middle-earth.Â

The film opens in the UK on December 12th and in the US December 17th, 2014.
