Following on from its critically acclaimed premiere at the Cannes Film Festival, Studiocanal have today released the first trailer for MACBETH.

A thrilling interpretation of the dramatic realities of the times and a reimagining of what wartime must have been like for one of literature’s most famous and compelling characters, a story of all-consuming passion and ambition set in war torn Scotland.
Marion Cotillard stars alongside Fassbender in this already well-received film, which has enjoyed a successful world premiere.
After watching the trailer, we are now itching to see the movie in full, which is directed by Justin Kurzel, who is reteaming with both Fassbender and Cotillard for 2016’s ASSASSIN’S CREED adaptation.
