With less than 10 days to go before the release of Avengers: Endgame, a brand new trailer has dropped. This one is reminiscing on previous 21 films from the Marvel Cinematic Universe from IRON MAN to CAPTAIN MARVEL. Someone pass us a tissue and take a look at the footage in the video player below:

At the end of the new trailer, we see a few new snippets of footage along with “whatever it takes” status. But what we really want to know is, what does Captain America mean when he says, “Before we’re done, we still have one promise to keep.” Is that to avenge the fallen? To defeat Thanos? To continue their mission even if it means losing their own lives? Agh! We just have so many questions and cannot wait until the 25th of April!

What an emotional couple of minutes of footage. The last 10 years have been special and we have enjoyed every moment of the superheroes ride, right from where it all began with IRON MAN through to their most recent release, CAPTAIN MARVEL. The best thing about the trailer? Hands down, it’s the final shot with the surviving superheroes in Avengers HQ in their Quantum Realm suits… please pass us another tissue!

Avengers: Endgame hands

Last year’s Avengers: Infinity War saw the titular superhero team take the fight to Thanos in order to stop his quest of exterminating half of the universe’s population with the Infinity stones, but it was to no avail, as he was able to successfully collect them all and snap his fingers, wiping out half of everyone from existence in a cloud of ash, including Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan), King T’Challa/Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman), Groot (Vin Diesel), Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen), Sam Wilson/Falcon (Anthony Mackie), Mantis (Pom Klementief), Drax (Dave Bautista), Peter Quill/Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), Dr. Stephen Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch), and Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), as well as Maria Hill (Cobie Smulders), Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), Hope van Dyne/Wasp (Evangeline Lily), Janet van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer) and Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson), though Fury was able to send a signal to Captain Marvel (Brie Larson).

Avengers: Endgame

Having lost so many popular cast members at the end of INFINITY WAR was so devastating, however ENDGAME will see the return of many familiar faces. Confirmed cast members for the untitled fourth Avengers film so far include Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Anthony Mackie, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olson, Jeremy Renner, Chadwick Boseman, Sebastian Stan, Don Cheadle, Chris Pratt, Dave Bautista, Zoe Saldana, Pom Klementieff, Benedict Cumberbatch, Benedict Wong, Sean Gunn, Tom Holland, Paul Rudd, Jon Favreau, Brie Larson, Karen Gillan, Gwyneth Paltrow, Evangeline Lilly, Katherine Langford and Josh Brolin.
