There are so many teasers trailers and poster drops for AVENGERS: ENDGAME, but by far the best Easter present we could ask for this weekend, is the hilarious video shared by Chris Hemsworth in Shanghai on top of a roof with his fellow superheroes Chris Evans, Jeremy Renner and Paul Rudd.
Chris Hemsworth has been so thoroughly entertaining over the last few weeks documenting the press tour and funny candid moments, but his latest video which he shared on his Insta story has got us all giggling! We know how tiring it can be travelling from country to country answering the same old questions from us journalists and trying so hard not to let slip any spoilers, so it’s great to see they still have time for a laugh as seen on the roof of a building in Shanghai, China.
The Insta story sees a smiling Paul Rudd, a very happy Chris Evans chugging on what is probably coffee and Jeremy Renner looking cool in his suit. Names are exchanged for each other from Chris Pine, Mark Ruffalo and Liam Hemsworth and it looks like they’re all having a great time. Especially Chris Evans. Jeremy Renner took to the TRON ride with Hemsworth, which was very reminiscent of Thor’s journey in THOR: RAGNAROK to meet the Grandmaster, except this time, he looked a little bit more relaxed…
Being on press tour in Shanghai gave Renner an opportunity to get back at Hemsworth, by drawing above Thor’s head on the AVENGERS: ENDGAME poster.
We know there is no real animosity between them though and they are thoroughly enjoying their fun-filled adventure. Hawkeye, sorry- Jeremy Renner, also shared some lovely photos of being reunited with Paul Rudd (a.k.a Ant-Man).
Last year’s Avengers: Infinity War saw the titular superhero team take the fight to Thanos in order to stop his quest of exterminating half of the universe’s population with the Infinity stones, but it was to no avail, as he was able to successfully collect them all and snap his fingers, wiping out half of everyone from existence in a cloud of ash, including Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan), King T’Challa/Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman), Groot (Vin Diesel), Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen), Sam Wilson/Falcon (Anthony Mackie), Mantis (Pom Klementief), Drax (Dave Bautista), Peter Quill/Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), Dr. Stephen Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch), and Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), as well as Maria Hill (Cobie Smulders), Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), Hope van Dyne/Wasp (Evangeline Lily), Janet van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer) and Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson), though Fury was able to send a signal to Captain Marvel (Brie Larson).
Having lost so many popular cast members at the end of INFINITY WAR was so devastating, however ENDGAME will see the return of many familiar faces.
