Presenting the worst heroes ever. Warner Bros. UK has revealed the first villainous new teaser trailer for David Ayer‘s SUICIDE SQUAD.
DC Comics’ SUICIDE SQUAD is still eight months away but we’ve already got a good look at its all-villain ensemble cast in action.
The squad’s made up of some of DC’s most famous villains, including Margot Robbie as the unhinged Harley Quinn, Will Smith as lethal marksman Deadshot, and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje as perennial Batman adversary Killer Croc, with Jared Leto‘s Joker as a wild card on the fringes.
SUICIDE SQUAD doesn’t hit cinemas until August, but before we get the naughty, we will get the nice with everyone’s favourite superheroes also hitting the big screen in the form of BATMAN VS. SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE, which is set to premiere five months before Suicide Squad, giving us the first look at Ben Affleck‘s take on Batman and Henry Cavill will return as Superman, redefining the DC movie universe.
Ayer is also writing the script for SUICIDE SQUAD, which is being produced by Charles Roven (“The Dark Knight” trilogy, upcoming “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice”) and Richard Suckle (“American Hustle”). Zack Snyder, Deborah Snyder, Colin Wilson and Geoff Johns are serving as executive producers.
SUICIDE SQUAD will cause chaos in cinemas August 2016.
