Batman v Superman

Zack Snyder is certainly a tease! He has been intriguing fans with the forthcoming BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE movie by releasing the quickest snippets of footage ahead of the official trailer.

We don’t have to wait long to see the full trailer, as it is expected to be released on Monday April 20th, but for now, we will have to remain satisfied with this offering:

The director took to Twitter to give information about a special ‘Imax trailer event’ in the US, where he also decided he could use social media to give us the tiniest of glimpses from the trailer.

As expected, we see very little action, but we are treated to having an early look at the Henry Cavill‘s Superman suit and Ben Affleck’s infamous, black bat suit – however, there are no sightings of the titular heroes just yet. The footage is supported by some climactic, action-worthy music composition.

Interestingly enough, the BBFC has release details of Monday’s trailer – it’s a 12A , and it is going to be 126 seconds long. We are looking forward to seeing over two minutes of action, watching Jason Momoa in action as Aquaman, seeing Jesse Eisenberg transformed into Lex Luthor and of course admiring Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck all kitted out, lighting up the big screen.

BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE also stars Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, and Jeremy Irons as Batman’s butler Alfred.

The film finally arrives on the big screen March 25th, 2016.
