STUDIOCANAL is pleased to announce that the critically acclaimed romantic drama, PAST LIVES will debut for Home Premiere on 23rd October.
Produced by A24, PAST LIVES is the debut feature from the playwright Celine Song and stars Greta Lee (Russian Doll), Teo Yoo (Decision to Leave) and John Magaro (The Many Saints of Newark).
Nora (Greta Lee) and Hae Sung (Teo Yoo), two deeply connected childhood friends, are wrest apart after Nora’s family emigrates from South Korea. Two decades later, they are reunited in New York for one fateful week as they confront notions of destiny, love, and the choices that make a life, in this heartrending modern romance.
Grizzly Bear’s Christopher Bear and Daniel Rossen composed the original score for the film. A24 and CJ ENM co-financed and produced the film, which is written and directed by Celine Song. Producers are David Hinojosa of 2AM, and Christine Vachon and Pamela Koffler of Killer Films.
PAST LIVES will be available on digital download from 1st December, and available to buy on Blu-ray and DVD from 4th December.
