For those of you who are a Netflix junkie, you may be very excited about the new series MARCO POLO.
Created and written by John Fusco (HIDALGO), the series will focus on the Italian explorers adventured through Kublai Khan’s court in 13th century China.Â
Newcomer Lorenzo Richelmy stars as the famed explorer, who finds himself in a world of greed, danger and betrayal.Â
The potential scale of the series that the trailer suggests and the general premise, could bring out some epic battle scenes. However, with this kind of genre fairly new to the Netflix team, it’s always a risk as to how well it will do.Â
