With Dean Devlin and Ronald Emmerich set to make ID FOREVER, the sequel to INDEPENDENCE DAY, they need a leading man and it looks as if Liam Hemsworth is exactly the kind of A-Lister they’re looking for.Â
Despite rumours that new THE FANTASTIC FOUR star Michael B. Jordan still in talks for the role, The Wrap has learnt that Hemsworth is being offered the part.Â
With both Bill Pullman and Jeff Goldblum still on board to reprise their roles, Carter Blanchard is writing the latest draft of the script. Â
While there are no other plot details as of yet, with Emmerich taking helm, it’s got to be chocked full of aliens and explosions, right?
