Fans of The Divergent Series will be having a happy weekend after the release of the first full INSURGENT trailer.
Shailene Woodley is back on the big screen as she returns as Tris, and this time she and Four (Theo James) are fugitives hunted by Erudite leader Jeanine (Kate Winslet). They live in a future state where civilisation is split into five different factions. Can they find out what Tris’ family sacrificed their lives to protect? And why will those Erudites stop at nothing to eliminate them?
Ansel Elgort, Miles Teller, Naomi Watts, Jai Courtney, Ray Stevenson, Zoë Kravitz, Maggie Q, Mekhi Phifer, Daniel Dae Kim and Octavia Spencer complete the cast.
Director Robert Schwentke has recently confirmed that he will also be onboard for the next installment of the franchise – ALLEGIANT: PART 1, so that is good news all round for fans of Veronica Roth’s YA novel.
