Looking For Alaska

Good news for John Green fans as the writers and producers behind the likes of THE FAULT IN OUR STARS and up and coming flick PAPER TOWNS are rejoining to start production on the adaptation for Green’s first novel LOOKING FOR ALASKA.

Fans went nuts when Green’s emotional drama THE FAULT IN OUR STARS was brought to the big screen thanks to Temple Hill Entertainment, with Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort starring in Josh Boone‘s adaptation.

With the likes of screenwriters Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber and producers Wyck Godfrey and Marty Bowen returning for the production of LOOKING FOR ALASKA, this can only be a winning formula for the team!

Green’s novel tells the story of Miles who falls for enigmatic teenage dream, Alaska, when he begins boarding school in his junior year.

This is the second John Green adaptation have been announced his THE FAULT IN OUR STARS success, with a PAPER TOWNS adaptation making its way to theatres June 5th, starring Cara Delevigne and Nat Wolff.

With the combination of this stellar writer/production team and John Green’s exceptional talent to capture the sincerity of teenage love and infatuation, LOOKING FOR ALASKA sounds like it will be another great success, one that will follow a predictable great run from PAPER TOWNS.
