It seems that Dolph Lundgren (Rocky IV, Universal Soldier, The Expendables franchise) and Oscar nominee Sylvester Stallone (Creed, Rocky, The Expendables franchise) are going to be pairing up on a brand new project once again. According to Deadline, they are currently collaborating on a yet-to-be titled hour-long action drama series.

It’s not the first time that we have seen Stallone and Lundgren have shared the screen together, as they have both starred together in ROCKY IV, CREED II, and THE EXPENDABLES franchise.

In his latest role, Lundgren will play a covert operative at the Department of Safety and Security at the UN. His character is described as the UN’s special secret agent, a one-man S.W.A.T. team and hostage negotiator.

The series is being brought to the small screen by Tony Krantz’s Flame Ventures, in which Stallone serves as executive producer alongside his Balboa Productions partner Braden Aftergood. Ken Sanzel has penned the script and serves as showrunner on the pilot, which Stallone may direct.
