A new featurette for the upcoming James Franco and Seth Rogen comedy THE INTERVIEW has been released.
The featurette has to-camera pieces from both cast and crew and provides an insight into what to expect when the film arrives in the UK on February 6th.
THE INTERVIEW sees Franco as Dave Skylark, the not-too-sparky, but very popular host of celebrity tabloid TV show Skylark Tonight. When he and producer/best pal Aaron Rapoport (Rogen) learn that North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un is a supporter of their work, they manage to land an interview with the tyrant, seeing it as their chance to be legitimized as journalists.
But with their travel to Pyongyang set, the CIA decide that this is their golden opportunity to strike and the interview with Dave and Aaron gives them the best shot they have at assassinating Kim, and set about finding a way for the two least qualified men imaginable to off a world leader…Â
Rogen co-wrote and directed the film with Evan Goldberg, which hits UK cinemas February 6th.
