This week action comedy SPY hits the big screens and a new exclusive clip from the movie (which you can watch below) has been released starring Melissa McCarthy and Jude Law.
There’s no denying how much we love the brilliant McCarthy and we love the fact that she is taking on the world of international espionage in her latest action comedy film.
The film centres on the trials and tribulations of McCarthy’s bored desk-jockey Susan Cooper, who yearns for the excitement of field work.
When crisis strikes the CIA, Cooper volunteers to go undercover on a mission to save the world from a deadly arms dealer when her partner (Jude Law) falls off the grid and another top agent (Jason Statham) is compromised.
The film is the third time that Melissa has worked with director Paul Feig after they collaborated on BRIDESMAIDSÂ and THE HEAT.
SPYÂ reunites McCarthy with her BRIDESMAIDSÂ co-star Rose Byrne and also features Bobby Cannavale and WEST WINGÂ star Alison Janney.Â
SPYÂ is out in cinemas on June 5th, 2015.
