Underwater – First Trailer & Poster Launched Starring Kristen Stewart

Twentieth Century Fox has released the first poster and trailer for the upcoming movie UNDERWATER starring Kristen Stewart. Take a look at the footage in the video player below alongside the brand new poster:

The movie tells the story of a crew of underwater researchers who are more than 5000 miles from land and 7 miles deep at the bottom of the ocean. They must scramble to safety after an earthquake devastates their subterranean laboratory in this action-thriller.

If you’re not a fan of swimming, the ocean or monsters then this movie is definitely going to have you on the edge of your seats as it encompasses all three things! The trailer comes in at two-minutes-and-33-seconds giving you a good enough idea about the synopsis of the movie without spoiling it. We need a lie down after watching that trailer!

Also starring with Kristen Stewart in the movie is T.J. Miller, Vincent Cassel, John Gallagher Jr., Jessica Henwick, Mamoudou Athie and Gunner Wright.

In the director’s chair for this one is William Eubank fresh from his previous impressive indie sci-fi THE SIGNAL, who is bringing to life a script penned by Brian Duffield and Adam Cozad. The movie has been produced by Peter Chernin, Tonia Davis, and Jenno Topping.

It has taken a while for the movie to hit the big screen as it was shot back in 2017, but we are sure it will be worth the wait.
