Two new trailers for THE FORCE AWAKENS bowed over the last few days – one aimed at the Japanese market and one a TV Spot. Both contain more exciting footage and reveal more about the nature of the story unveiling next month after years of production and speculation.
The Japanese subtitled, English dubbed trailer above evokes memories of TOP GUN in it’s fighter footage and some terrific visuals – and a possible clue or two to the relationships of one or two of the characters.
The second trailer unveils more key action sequences.
Whatever your feeling, we sense that this gets back to the spirit and style of the original trilogy and whether you are a fan or not, it will certainly be something to take the family to this Christmas.
Analysts predict a bumper opening, but are speculating whether the film will meet a greater target than the likes of AVATAR or AVENGERS, big movies that they are.
With SPECTRE now on course to surpass the incredible box-office of SKYFALL with its mega opening in the UK, and IMAX advance sales going through the roof, we will find out come January what the effect and result will be.
