Fresh from their Oscar nominations, Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hardy hit the red carpet in London for The Revenant premiere.
The stars of THE REVENANT hit the red carpet for the first time since the announcement of the film dominating the Oscars. The cast and creators were in attendance for the premiere in a rather freezing cold London on Thursday evening.
Many excited spectators queued up for hours to catch a glimpse of the cast as they fought against the cold weather hoping for autographs and selfies.
On hand to celebrate the release of the movie and talk about its awards domination was Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hardy, Domhnall Gleeson, Will Poulter and the director Alejandro Gonzalez Iñárritu
The movie has picked up 12 Academy Award nominations, including Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Actor.
The DiCaprio and Hardy are both up for Oscars for their roles in the film, with DiCaprio competing for Best Actor and Hardy for Supporting Actor.
It will hope to continue from its success at the Golden Globes on Sunday, where it picked up prizes for Best Motion Picture – Drama, Best Director and Best Actor – Drama for DiCaprio.

The film, which is inspired by true events, is an epic story of survival on the American frontier.
DiCaprio plays explorer Hugh Glass who is mauled by a bear and left for dead by his own hunting team.
He then begins a 200-mile trek through brutal terrain on the trail of the man who betrayed him, John Fitzgerald, played by Tom Hardy.
THE REVENANT hits cinemas January 15th, 2016.
