After the release of the hilarious DEADPOOL teaser trailer earlier this week, Twentieth Century Fox have finally revealed the official trailer of the highly anticipated movie.Â
The trailer, which screened at Comic-Con earlier this summer to great success, sees Ryan Reynolds as the foul-mouthed Marvel hero who, after discovering he has terminal cancer, agrees to be part of an experiment that endows him with superhuman regenerative abilities.
The trailer is everything you can expect from the upcoming DEADPOOL movie: a more adult-rated sense of humour and general meta commentary on Deadpool (a line comparing his face to an avocado is particularly brilliant!).
Reynolds stars as the titular character alongside T.J. Miller as Weasel, Gina Carano as Angel Dust, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Morena Baccarin as Copycat and Ed Skrein as Ajax. The film will also feature the mutant Colossus.
Tim Miller is calling the shots in the movie from a script by ZOMBIELAND writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick.
DEADPOOL hits UK cinemas February 4th, 2016.
