They’re here! They’re yellow, they’re cute and simply adorable – Welcome Kevin, Stuart, and Bob in their first big screen outing!
Last week we brought you the news that the trailer for MINIONSÂ would land – and indeed it has.
Kevin, Stuart and Bob are the new stars of MINIONS, Universal Pictures’ DESPICABLE ME spin-off, which looks set to be a popular hit at cinemas next year.
The adorable minions are searching for a new despicable master to serve, travelling from Antarctica to 1960s New York then London, – but they face a threat that could bring an end to the wonderful world of Minions for good.
MINIONS is an origin story that showcases their unpredictable personality and physicality, and pairs them with equally memorable human characters. As it turns out, Minions have existed since the beginning of time. They have evolved from single (yellow) cell organisms into the familiar beings we know, and they live for a collective purpose: to seek out and serve the most despicable master they can find, as we see in their new film.
Academy Award winner Sandra Bullock will lead the voice cast of the human characters as Scarlett Overkill, the world’s reigning super-villain of the 1960s.
The gibberish-spouting Minions have delighted audiences in both of the DESPICABLE ME films and we are looking forward to the possibility of a third instalment set to land in 2017.Â
