20th Century Fox has just released the first THE OTHER SIDE OF THE DOOR trailer supernatural thriller starring Sarah Wayne Callies, which you can watch above.
The film is expected to arrive in cinemas in 2016 and Sarah Wayne Callies is certainly no stranger to supernatural thrillers after starring in THE WALKING DEAD.
Johannes Roberts is on double duty for this one, having also penned the script with Ernest Riera.
THE OTHER SIDE OF THE DOOR tells the story of a family who are living an idyllic existence abroad. That is, until a tragic accident takes the life of their young son. The inconsolable mother (Sarah Wayne Callies) learns of an ancient ritual that will bring him back to say a final goodbye. She travels to an ancient temple, where a door serves as a mysterious portal between two worlds. But when she disobeys a sacred warning to never open that door, she upsets the balance between life and death.
The film also stars Jeremy Sisto.
THE OTHER SIDE OF THE DOOR is scheduled for release March 11th, 2016.
