Hugh Bonneville, Nicole Kidman, Jim Broadbent and many more hit the soggy, red carpet at the Paddington world premiere.
On Sunday afternoon a very wet and dreary Leicester Square celebrated the world premiere of PADDINGTON.
Paddington Bear has been beloved by children and parents for almost 60 years, thanks to Michael Bond’s timeless series of books and now the popular bear is enjoying his first big screen outing.
The films cast including Nicole Kidman, Hugh Bonneville, Julie Walters and Jim Broadbent were a few of the many cast members who took to the red carpet at London’s Leicester Square, alongside the writer/director Paul King and producer, David Heyman.
Despite the heavy rain, brolly battles and water-sodden red carpet, the cast and creators were all too eager to discuss the film with us here at Film and TV Now.Â
Hugh Bonneville was particular in top form, comically providing some entertaining stories of his encounters on set, trying to list 107 ways of describing the weather and he discussed his mop-head breasts and cleaning solution eye makeup…
