Michael B. Jordan will be adding yet another movie to his growing CV after it was reported by The Hollywood Reporter that the actor is currently in talks to join Chadwick Boseman in Marvel’s BLACK PANTHER.

The cast list seems to be coming together with Lupita Nyong’o rumoured to be in negotiations to board the film as Black Panther’s love interest.

Jordan will be reuniting with his CREED and FRUITVALE STATION director Ryan Coogler who will helm the movie and is also on scripting duties alongside Joe Robert Cole. Kevin Feige is producing the movie.

The film stars Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa, the prince of the African nation of Wakanda, who must take over the mantel after his father’s murder.

There is still very little known about Jordan’s actual role at the moment, but as the cast list and synopsis continues to develop, it is likely we won’t have long to wait until we find out more.

Jordan is a man in demand at the moment with his work on the Rocky franchise with CREED and he is attached to star in a remake of THE THOMAS CROWN AFFAIR FOR MGM, as well as the adaptation of JUST MERCY which will see Destin Cretton directing.
