Soda Pictures has released a new trailer for the upcoming movie, DISORDER, which stars Matthias Schoenaerts. Take a look at the trailer in the video player above.

DISORDER may certainly be one of the quietest trailers out there at the minute, as it consists of no dialogue. Those with a keen eye may recognise the film from last year’s Cannes Film Festival, which was formerly known as MARYLAND, before taken on its new name for its release in the UK.

Disorder

Joining Matthias Schoenaerts in the movie is Diane Kruger, and French filmmaker Alice Winocour called the shots on this one. The cast includes Zaïd Errougui-Demonsant and Jean-Louis Coulloc’h.

Disorder

The story follows Vincent (Matthias Schoenaerts) an ex-soldier with PTSD who is hired to protect the wife and child of a wealthy Lebanese businessman while he’s out of town. Despite the apparent tranquility on Maryland, Vincent perceives an external threat. DISORDER has Alice Winocour, who has also directed the film AUGUSTINE and penned the script for MUSTANG, also on double duty, as she has written the screenplay with Jean-Stéphane Bron.

Disorder

DISORDER first premiered at the Cannes Film Festival last year and opens in the UK in March, but a US release date is yet to be confirmed.
