With all their feature films cooking away nicely, Marvel are starting to focus on their next small-screen project, JESSICA JONES – and it seems that Alexandra Daddario might be up for the job.
According to Deadline, a few different starlets are being looked at for the job, including Teresa Palmer (WARM BODIES), Krysten Ritter (BREAKING BAD) and Jessica De Gouw (THESE FINAL HOURS). However Miss Daddario, who’s appeared in TRUE DETECTIVE, is their current favourite.Â
JESSICA JONESÂ follows the story of an ex-superhero suffering PTSD who decides to ditch the cape for her own detective agency. It is also thought that Marvel character Luke Cage will also feature within the series with actors like Lance Gross and Mike Colter in talks for the role.Â
There’s no release date for the new show yet, so keep an eye out for more information.
