London Has Fallen

Prepare yourselves for the first look at Gerard Butler’s return to the big screen in the awesome new trailer for LONDON HAS FALLEN.

Lionsgate has released the official trailer for the follow up film to the thriller OLYMPUS HAS FALLEN and once again, Butler will be reprising his role as Mike Banning, but this time across the pond in England’s capital.

Back in May we saw the first posters for the sequel, then only last week we had the opportunity to see Banning mean business in a shot from Charing Cross tube station! Now we have the official trailer – we are being spoilt!

The sequel to 2013’s OLYMPUS HAS FALLEN sees Butler back in action alongside Aaron Eckhart as the President of the United States. The duo will be reunited with Morgan Freeman as Vice President Trumbull, Angela Bassett as Secret Service Director Lynne Jacobs, and Melissa Leo as Defense Secretary Ruth McMillan.

London Has Fallen
Gerard Butler is back at Mike Banning and is once again up to his dangerous tricks…

Of course there will be new faces in the form of Jackie Earle Haley, Alon Aboutboul, Charlotte Riley, and Waleed Zuaiter.

In this first trailer we are reminded of the events back in 2013, before we see the President in a bit of strife along with his Chief of Security once more. He appears to be running through deserted tunnels in a tube station, whilst above we see London Bridge explode and Buckingham Palace under attack in this one-minute, action packed trailer. As of yet, there is no dialogue, but we can certainly see it promises to deliver mind-blowing (and building-blowing) action…
