About The Kitchen:

In a dystopian near-future in London, Izi (Kane Robinson) lives a solitary existence. Working at an ecological funeral home he keeps himself to himself, biding his time until he can leave ‘The Kitchen’ – one of the last surviving social housing communities in the capital – and move into a luxury apartment block. When Benji, the orphaned son of his ex-girlfriend, enters his world, Izi slowly steps up to take care of him. As the people of ‘The Kitchen’ fight back against the corporate powers trying to destroy it, Izi is forced to choose between himself and community.
