Kristen Stewart

Kelly Reichardt’s latest untitled drama set in Montana is filling up nicely with Kristen Stewart joining Michelle Williams and Laura Dern in the film.

Deadline are reporting that the TWILIGHT star is set to take on the role of a lawyer from Boise, Idaho, who takes a teaching job several hours from her house. After taking the job, Stewart’s character develops a friendship with a local woman who’s auditing her class.

Stewart has been busy of late promoting STILL ALICE alongside Julianne Moore’s who became the first American actress to win a Cesar at France’s most prominent film awards show for her co-starring role in “Cloud of Sils Maria.”

Stewart’s latest role choices are proving to be different and varied, as the actress continues to successfully be known for more than just her role in Twilight – and quite rightly so, especially after her performance in STILL ALICE.

Reichardt, who most recently directed NIGHT MOVES starring Jesse Eisenberg and Dakota Fanning, will be working on her next project with producers Neil Kopp and Anish Savjani.
