Harry Potter fanatics rejoiced at the news of the Potter spin-off FANTASTIC BEASTS & WHERE TO FIND THEM and now it seems J.K Rowling has finished the script!Â
With Harry Potter producer, David Heyman, on board for the new project, he’s been talking to the Telegraph about the up and coming project; ” Jo (Rowling) has written a wonderful script. It’s early stages but David Yates is directing and we start filming next year. I’m just really excited about it”.
Heyman continued to praise the famous writers abilities; “She is so smart, and her turn of phrase, the precision of the language she uses, is a joy to behold.”
The new films, which focus on young wizard Newt Scamander, is set seventy years before the original wizarding phenomenon and focuses on Newt’s love and expertise of magic and mythical creatures.Â
Directed by David Yates, FANTASTIC BEASTS & WHERE TO FIND THEM is set for release November 18th 2016.Â
