Helen Mirren & Ryan Reynolds Make a Charming Pair in New ‘Woman in Gold’ Trailer

The Weinstein Company have released a new trailer for Simon Curtis‘ new drama WOMAN IN GOLD starring Ryan Reynolds and Helen Mirren. 

The new film is based on true events about Jewish refugee Maria Altmann (Mirren) who fled Vienna during World War II and now returns to her childhood home to reclaim a painting of her beloved Aunt that the Nazi’s stole. She partners with young lawyer Randol Schoenberg (Reynolds) to reclaim her justice. 

The unlikely pair embark on an emotional journey with charm and humour, making for a heart-warming story of family and justice. 

Also starring Katie Holmes, Charles Dance, Daniel Bruhl and Elizabeth McGovern, WOMAN IN GOLD hits theatres April 3rd.
