Twentieth Century Fox has debuted the first official trailer and poster for AD ASTRA, the highly anticipated space odyssey thriller starring Brad Pitt and directed by James Gray. Check out the footage in the video player below alongside the brand new poster:Â
Astronaut Roy McBride (Brad Pitt) travels to the outer edges of the solar system to find his missing father (Tommy Lee Jones) and to unravel a mystery that threatens the survival of our planet. His journey will uncover secrets that challenge the nature of human existence and our place in the cosmos.
The film stars Brad Pitt, Tommy Lee Jones, Ruth Negga and Donald Sutherland.Â
Pitt may be starring in the film, but he is also on producer duties for this one alongside Dede Gardner, Jeremy Kleiner, James Gray, Rodrigo Teixeira and Anthony Katagas.
The director, James Gray will be bringing to life his own script co-written with Ethan Gross.
