First Trailer For Nicholas Sparks’ Latest Adaptation ‘The Longest Ride’

Calling all romance junkies – this one’s for you… The new trailer for Nicholas Sparks’ THE LONGEST RIDE has dropped online. 

Get the tissues ready because this film is going to be a weeper. Nicholas Sparks is well known for making his readers fall in love with his characters and curl up with a box of Kleenex and those who adapt his best selling novels known to do just the same. 

20th Century Fox has released the first trailer for his latest adaptation THE LONGEST RIDE AND this time audiences delve into the story of star-crossed lovers Luke, played by Scott Eastwood (swoon) and Sophie, played by Britt Robertson.

Luke is a bull-rider while Sophie is a straight edge college student. The two of them begin a passionate affair, but struggle to deal with the harsh reality of their extreme lifestyle differences. After a traumatic, fateful connection with sweet natures old timer Ira (Alan Alda), Luke and Sophie bury their conflict into the stories of Ira’s own heartache with the memories of his beloved wife. 

This is the 10th movie adapted for Sparks’ books and the trailer is pretty much a carbon copy of the others, but if you’re a fan it’s not going to disappoint! Take a look:
