The Disney Channel have unveiled a new teaser trailer for the summer release of MALEFICENT. The 91-second teaser aired on Friday and heavily features the main villain, Angelina Jolie, who has taken on the role of the Mistress of Evil.
The trailer also entices the audience with what is set to come as it features the first meeting in the enchanted forest between Maleficent and Sleeping Beauty, played by the talented Elle Fanning.
Fans of Disney can expect to meet the most villainous character they have ever met, with the sorceress looking to strike fear in the hearts not just of Beauty, but of the audience, with the scariest of all interpretations since the first animated classic in 1959.
The action film will also feature the traditional characters Prince Phillip (Brenton Thwaites) and King Stefan (Sharlto Copley).
The movie will hit the big screens in the UK and the US on the 30th of May.
