The iconic villain with a hatred for all things furry, first appeared in Dodie Smith’s novel ‘One Hundred and One Dalmatians’ and was immortalised with Disney’s animated adaptation in 1961.

Disney has reportedly hired FIFTY SHADES OF GREY screenwriter, Kelly Marcel to work on the script chronicling Cruella’s activities as a fetish loving cougar.

Cruella De Vil has previously been portrayed by Glenn Close in the live-action 101 DALMATIANS and 102 DALMATIANS, and by Victoria Smurfit in contemporary fairy tale series ONCE UPON A TIME.
