Fifty Shades of Grey

With just over a year to go until the next instalment of the FIFTY SHADES OF GREY film is released, it has been revealed that the remaining two movies will be shot back-to-back.

As reported back in August, James Foley will be in the director’s chair for the follow-up movies, replacing Sam Taylor-Johnson who directed the first film in the erotic series.

According to Variety, production on FIFTY SHADES DARKER and FIFTY SHADES FREED will begin early next year, which will see Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan reprising their roles as Ana and Christian for the final two films in the series.

Foley will be working from Niall Leonard’s script, the husband of series creator EL James.

FIFTY SHADES DARKER is scheduled for release on February 10th, 2017, with FIFTY SHADES FREED following on February 9th, 2018.
