Netflix has announced the UK cast for their upcoming original TV series, CRIMINAL, which will star David Tennant, Hayley Atwell and more. The streaming giants have unveiled the first-look images and an official video announcement.Â
This revolutionary procedural comprises 12 unique stories set in 4 different countries: France, Spain, Germany and the UK. It takes place exclusively within the confines of a police interview suite. This stripped down, cat-and-mouse drama focuses on the intense mental conflict between detectives and suspects.
The episodes are in local language, written and directed by talent from their respective countries. The show will consist of twelve 45-minute episodes (with three episodes per country.)
The UK regular cast consists of Katherine Kelly, Lee Ingleby, Nicholas Pinnock, Mark Stanley, Rochenda Sandall, Shubham Saraf and they’re joined by guest actors David Tennant, Hayley Atwell, Youssef Kerkour, and Clare-Hope Ashitey.
Criminal is an Idiotlamp Production for Netflix and all 12 episodes of Criminal were filmed at Netflix’s production hub at Ciudad de la Tele in Madrid.
