With the first NOW YOU SEE MEÂ movie boasting a mega cast including Michael Caine, Jesse Eisenberg, Mark Ruffalo, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher and Dave Franco, whoever featured in the sequel had to be an A-Lister.
Well, you can’t really get bigger than the nations favourite former wizard, Daniel Radcliffe and American beauty, Lizzy Caplan.Â
Michael Caine announced that Radcliffe will be playing his son and now it seems Lionsgate has confirmed it!Â
With a budget of $29,4 million, NOW YOU SEE ME WENT on to gross $350 million worldwide, so it’s no surprise that Lionsgate are eager to get some big names in for the sequel.
Here’s the official synopsis:Â
“One year after outwitting the FBI and winning the public’s adulation with their mind-bending spectacles, the Four Horsemen resurface in NOW YOU SEE ME 2 only to find themselves face to face with a new enemy who enlists them to pull off their most dangerous heist yet.”
With Radcliffe starring in latest hits like HORNS and KILL YOUR DARLINGS and Lizzy Caplan making waves in America with the T.V series MASTERS OF SEX, these pair will no doubt bring in the audiences!Â
