The two hottest people to appear during the 72nd Golden Globes awards on Sunday night weren’t on the red carpet at all: They were Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey, in the new trailer for FIFTY SHADES OF GREY, but they definitely stole the attention.
The extended trailer, which aired during the awards show, features new scenes of Christian (Jamie Dornan) getting dressed, Anastasia (Dakota Johnson) talking to her roommate, and bits of dialogue like Anastasia asking Christian why people say he doesn’t have a heart, and him replying: “Because they know me well.”
There’s a whole load of new detail to get your head around in this trailer, including a peek at Marcia Gay Harden as the woman who birthed Christian Grey, some rapid-cut footage of Christian pouring an unidentified substance (OMG) onto Anastasia’s naked stomach, and of course, the requisite scene where Anastasia’s girlfriend points out that Mr. Grey is hotter than the sun, and Anastasia is all, in denial, declaring she hadn’t noticed – she’s such a liar!
Also, there’s Christian saying, “Where have you been?”, and Anastasia saying, “Waiting.”
Oo-er!
There’s not long to go until FIFTY SHADES OF GREY hits the cinemas, with a little over a month to go.
The film is released on Valentine’s Day.
