Gal Gadot will play a demigod in the upcoming all-action movie.
With a range of different WONDER WOMAN versions to chose from, fan’s have been wondering what form the famous female fighter, to be played by Gal Gadot, would take when she joins the BATMAN VS SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE TEAM – and finally, it’s been confirmed!Â
Good old Wonder Woman has had more reboots and origin changes then I’ve had hot dinners, but now we know – she’ll be a demigod, daughter of Zeus.
Charles Roven, producer of DAWN OF JUSTICE, broke the news at Loyola Marymount University School of Film and Television, where he attended as a speaker. Exciting stuff! It goes with the previous reboots of more recent Wonder Woman stories by Brian Azzarello.Â
Although it’s pretty cool that she’s going to be the daughter of Zeus in BATMAN VS SUPERMAN, there aren’t a lot of details that go along with the news, for it seems they’ve got a lot of character development and introductions to squeeze into the DAWN OF JUSTICEÂ movie.Â
Still, I like the idea of her being a God, super empowering and gives her a good edge on Batman and Superman!
