ARCHER lives twice!
The animated comedy-spy series has found a second home (no, not FX+1) on Comedy Central and it’s set to re-run the series in its entirety in one hour blocks. The repeatapocalypse begins on Monday 2nd March.
Created by Adam Reed, ARCHERÂ debuted to critical acclaim in early 2010 and is currently airing its sixth season on FX. The series chronicles the adventures of super suave and self-centred spy extraordinaire Sterling Archer, as he deals with global catastrophes on behalf of the International Secret Intelligence Service (ISIS).
ARCHERÂ is well known for its literary allusions, jokes and sexual humour. The show recently made headlines by having its protagonist change employer to the CIA from ISIS, due to the acronyms international association with the Islamic State.
The series includes the vocal talent of: H. Jon Benjamin, Judy Greer, Amber Nash, Chris Parnell, Aisha Tyler, Jessica Walter, and Adam Reed.
