Trust us when we say how utterly brilliant SICARIO is… and you should you need further convincing then take a look at the two new featurettes below.
The movie has been penned by Taylor Sheridan and follows FBI agent Kate played by Emily Blunt and her conflicting journey that descends into the intrigue, and mayhem of the borderland drug wars. In the lawless border area stretching between the U.S. and Mexico, Kate is enlisted by an elite government task force official (Josh Brolin) to aid in the escalating war against drugs. Suddenly, she is exposed to the brutal world of international drug trafficking by members of a government task force who have enlisted her in their plan to take out a Mexican cartel boss.
Blunt shares the screen alongside renowned big screen hard men Josh Brolin and Benicio del Toro and the wonderful Denis Villeneuve is in the director’s chair for this one and SICARIO is brilliant and definitely an entertaining watch (you can read our full review for more).
