It is finally here and we couldn’t be more excited! The official trailer for GAME OF THRONES’ highly-anticipated fifth season has been unveiled by HBO.
The promo was first debuted on IMAX screens on Thursday and now it has been released on the show’s Facebook page along with a series of new photos from the upcoming series.
In the trailer we see Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) keeping vigil over the body of his father Tywin (Charles Dance), following the Lannister patriarch’s death at the hands of his son Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) at the end of season four, who killed him in dramatic circumstances.
GAME OF THRONESÂ will return for its fifth season on April 12 on HBO in the US, and a day later on Sky Atlantic in the UK – we can’t wait!
