On Sunday evening, London’s Leicester Square played host to the TRANSFORMERS: THE LAST KNIGHT premiere.
Battling through the blazing heat, Mark Wahlberg, Josh Duhamel, Laura Haddock, Stanley Tucci and more joined the film’s director, Michael Mann, on the red carpet for the event.
Mark Wahlberg led the star-studded red carpet at the celebration of his new sci-fi action movie and was surprised to see how much of an event the organisers went to and the turn-out from the fans.
Take a look at what they had to say on the red carpet in the video players below.
TRANSFORMERS: THE LAST KNIGHT shatters the core myths of the Transformers franchise, and redefines what it means to be a hero. Humans and Transformers are at war, Optimus Prime is gone. The key to saving our future lies buried in the secrets of the past, in the hidden history of Transformers on Earth. Saving our world falls upon the shoulders of an unlikely alliance: Cade Yeager (Mark Wahlberg); Bumblebee; an English Lord (Sir Anthony Hopkins); and an Oxford Professor (Laura Haddock).
There comes a moment in everyone’s life when we are called upon to make a difference. In TRANSFORMERS: THE LAST KNIGHT, the hunted will become heroes. Heroes will become villains. Only one world will survive: theirs, or ours.
This film may prove to be the darkest film in director Michael Bay’s action franchise, but we don’t have to wait too long as the release date is drawing ever closer.
