Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios have released a new SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING international trailer and poster. Take a look at the superb footage in the video player above and the poster below.
A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Captain America: Civil War, begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging super hero in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, Peter returns home, where he lives with his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei), under the watchful eye of his new mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.).Â
Peter tries to fall back into his normal daily routine – distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just your friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man – but when the Vulture (Michael Keaton) emerges as a new villain, everything that Peter holds most important will be threatened.
Calling the shots on this one is Jon Watts working on a script penned by John Francis Daley and Jonathan M. Goldstein.
SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING stars Tom Holland as the titular character along with Marisa Tomei as Aunt May, Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark/Iron Man, Jon Favreau as Happy Hogan, Michael Keaton as The Vulture, Zendaya as Michelle, Logan Marshall-Green as a secondary villain, and Kenneth Choi as Peter’s high school Principal. The film also stars Donald Glover, Martin Starr, Michael Barbieri, Laura Harrier, Tony Revolori, Angourie Rice, Jacob Batalon, Tyne Daly, and Bokeem Woodbine.Â
