Shaun the Sheep

It was only on Sunday that we brought you the news about Shaun the Sheep’s adaptation on to the big screen and today we see a fantastic new image from the forthcoming movie.

STUDIOCANAL have released a new Beatles inspired image to celebrate the upcoming release of SHAUN THE SHEEP THE MOVIE, which opens in UK cinemas on 6 February 2015.

The image shows Shaun and the flock cunningly disguising themselves in the Big City, as they hope to go unnoticed whilst recreating The Beatles’ famous album cover from 1969, Abbey Road.

Produced by Aardman, SHAUN THE SHEEP was first seen in Nick Park’s Academy-Award winning Wallace and Gromit film A CLOSE SHAVE and Shaun, the world’s most famous sheep, has continued to enthrall television audiences in over 170 countries since. SHAUN THE SHEEP THE MOVIE is currently in Production at Aardman Studios in Bristol.

SHAUN THE SHEEP THE MOVIE sees Shaun decide to take the day off and have some fun and he gets a little more action than he baa-rgained for! Shaun’s mischief accidentally causes the Farmer to be taken away from the farm, so it’s up to Shaun and the flock to travel to the Big City to rescue him. Will Shaun find the Farmer in the strange and unfamiliar world of the City before he’s lost forever?
