Thousands of STAR WARS fans, most wielding lightsabers or dressed as their favourite characters, descended on London’s Leicester Square for the European premiere of THE FORCE AWAKENS.
They were not alone of course, as the cast and creators of the film also hit the red carpet for the special event, which has been the most highly-anticipated premiere and movie of the year.
Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong’o, Andy Serkis, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, Gwendoline Christie, Warwick Davis, Director J.J Abrams, Producer Kathleen Kennedy and Writer Lawrence Kasdan posed for selfies with their fans who queued for hours to catch a glimpse of the stars.
