The battle was set: Bard vs Bilbo, human vs hobbit, Luke Evans vs Martin Freeman and it seems that Bard the Bowman came up trumps for the humans in the latest vote-off of The Hobbit posters.
All week, new posters have been released of the characters where fans had to vote on their Facebook page to see who they would like to see next and the fifth exclusive character artwork was voted in favour of Luke Evans, who is currently taking a bite out of the big screen in Universal’s DRACULA UNTOLD.
The trilogy’s final outing is December and it will be time to say goodbye to its massive cast including Martin Freeman, Ian McKellen, Cate Blanchett, Orlando Bloom, Richard Armitage, Evangeline Lilly, Lee Pace, Luke Evans, Benedict Cumberbatch, Stephen Fry, Ian Holm, Christopher Lee, Hugo Weaving, Ken Stott, James Nesbitt, John Bell, Manu Bennett, Jed Brophy, Adam Brown, John Callen, Billy Connolly, Ryan Gage, Mark Hadlow, Peter Hambleton, Stephen Hunter, William Kircher, Lawrence Makoare, Sylvester McCoy, Graham McTavish, Dean O’Gorman, Mikael Persbrandt and Aidan Turner.
The release is bittersweet – we can’t wait to watch it, but we don’t want to say goodbye.
