Ahead of its release next week, a new featurette from LOVE, ROSIE, which includes cast members Lily Collins, Sam Claflin and Suki Waterhouse is now online.

The film is an adaptation of Cecelia Ahern’s novel and tells the story of Rosie (Collins) and Alex (Claflin), who have been friends since childhood and are now trying to navigate the tricky paths of young adulthood. Their friendship is still strong, but there are those extra feelings that neither of them is quite ready to confront, beyond a few misguided attempts.

Then the complications of life and its choices interfere as their lives appear to diverge – after sleeping with another guy Rosie falls pregnant and Alex is set to leave after being accepted at Harvard, which means leaving Rosie behind and him moving to the US.

When Rosie tells a beautiful friend to look Alex up on their travels, she does more than simply befriend him – she ends up engaged to Alex…

Misunderstandings, circumstances and sheer bad luck have kept them out of each other’s arms, but when presented with the ultimate opportunity, will they gamble everything for the chance to be together at last?

Christian Cooke, Suki Waterhouse, Tamsin Egerton, Art Parkinson, Jaime Winstone and Jake Manley are also amongst the cast.

LOVE, ROSIE arrives in UK cinemas October 22nd.
