The cast and creators of the new movie CAROL stepped out for the BFI London Film Festival premiere on Wednesday evening.
At the Leicester Square-based premiere as part of the annual film festival, the stars of the film stepped out in glorious fashion to celebrate the movie.
Cate Blanchett, Rooney Mara and many others hit the red carpet to mingle with fans and media to talk about their new film.
Todd Haynes’ sumptuous and moving 1950s-set romantic drama is adapted from Patricia Highsmith’s novel The Price of Salt. Manhattan department store assistant Therese (Mara) meets elegant housewife Carol (Blanchett) as she shops for a Christmas present. They begin a tentative love affair, but face complications as Carol’s divorce proceeds.
