Paramount Pictures has released two stunning posters for the upcoming movie, MOTHER. Take a look at the stunning paintings above.
Pardon the pun, but the new posters really are a lovely piece of artwork and definitely stand apart from many other movie posters we have seen in recent months.
Featuring in the posters for Darren Aronofsky‘s thriller, MOTHER, is Jennifer Lawrence, who is holding what looks like her heart in her hands and Javier Bardem who is swarmed by burning flames.
The poster has been designed by James Jean, who is known for his work in REQUIEM FOR A DREAM, THE WRESTLER and BLACK SWAN. His stunning work can also be seen on his website and it really showcases his talent.
This is the first taster of the movie that we have seen so far and the film is described as concerning “a couple whose relationship is tested when uninvited guests arrive at their home, disrupting their tranquil existence.” It is likely that Lawrence and Bardem have taken the leads on these playing the said couple and they are also being joined on the big screen by Michelle Pfeiffer, Ed Harris and Domhnall Gleeson. Will they be the possible interlopers? We have a feeling they might be!
As always, let us know what you think of the posters and casting in the comment box below!
MOTHER will arrive in UK cinemas September 15th, 2017.
