We reported earlier this week that Jamie Dornan could be hanging up his tie as Christian Grey in the sequel to box office hit FIFTY SHADES OF GREY – and we were palm-twitchingly mad at the thought!
But we are pleased to announce that Dornan’s representative has dismissed the rumour: “Jamie is delighted that the film is breaking box office records worldwide and whilst the studio has not made any formal announcements about sequels, he is looking forward to making the next film.”
Author of the worldwide literary phenomenon, E.L James, also took to Twitter to address the false claim by retweeting US Weekly.
Universal Studios is yet to confirm its further involvement in the trilogy, but both Dornan and his co-star Dakota Johnson are believed to have signed on for both sequels, FIFTY SHADES DARKER and FIFTY SHADES FREE. So good news all around for fans of the film and of course, Mr Dornan!Â
